Leveraging nearly a decade in Human Resources across the private sector, public sector and higher education sectors, Human Resources degree-qualified, I have screened thousands of Resumes, led hundreds of interviews, written job descriptions, advertisements and selection criteria and have crafted the perfect formula for a high-impact candidate profile.

Passionate about empowering those in vulnerable or disadvantaged communities to build brighter futures, in 2023 and 2024, I had the privilege of speaking to groups of up to 40 young people at the headspace YRG annual camp on work readiness, perceived and real barriers to entry into the workforce.
